Bloons Adventure Time TD is a hidden gem amongst sea of android games. Inspired by Cartoon Networks' praised show Adventure Time, no wonder it's so amazing. It was released in 2018. along with critically-acclaimed Bloons TD 6 and in my opinion, it is way better than TD 6. With cooperation between Ninja Kiwi and Cartoon Network, this masterpiece is packed with brand new mechanics that were never seen before in Ninja Kiwis games. In the beginning, we are introduced to story mode. The land of Ooo is plagued by balloons and its players' duty to save Ooo. There are many innovations that Adventure Time TD brings compared to prior Ninja Kiwis TD games. In-game players can acquire different rarity orbs which contain weapons, trinkets and allies. Characters use different weapons (Swords, Darts, Wands, Bombs, Guns and Instruments). Equipping trinkets to characters grants them different boosts during the game and by equipping allies, players can use those allies in fights. Also, after completing all tracks players can compete with other players in Martian Games and by winning get different prizes which add to replayability of a game. From all these different elements that Adventure Time TD adds for the first time, it can be concluded that this game has many different strategies but still maintains simplicity so it isn't overwhelming to new players. The interface is simple to navigate and get used to. The game itself can be challenging especially until unlocking first few characters. It's actually that challenging experience, different strategies, leveling up and getting new characters, acquiring new weapons, trinkets and allies that make this game so incredible. To sum up, I think that Adventure Time TD is a wonderful game no matter if you watched the series or not. It is filled with easter eggs, and plot from episodes that doesn't spoil major plot twists. Great android games exist and Adventure Time TD is sure one of them!
